Elevated latency on PDF-to-Word conversions

A cache warm-up bug caused first-time conversions of large PDFs to fall back to the slow path. Rolled forward with a fix and pre-warmed the WebAssembly module.

Brief outage on the authentication endpoint

An upstream provider rotated a certificate ahead of schedule. Refreshed the trust bundle and added a monitor to catch the same class of change earlier.
